As a female-owned business, their families are at the core of what they do. Lisa Ference and Pauline McKenzie are wives, parents, co-workers, neighbors, and small business owners, who know that these uncertain times caused by the COVID-19 pandemic call for certain measures. Understanding their new reality, these friends connected with the common goal to help their community navigate life in safe and sanitized spaces.

Who We Are

Two Shores Sanitization evolved from conversations between two friends living as neighbors. They talked about starting a business together and most importantly, start a venture that connected them with a purpose to support strong families, great communities and small businesses.

Pauline McKenzie

Originally from the United Kingdom, Pauline has lived and worked in Florida for 12 years. She is a mother of 3 sons and wife to Terry for 35 years. Pauline also runs a property renovation business in her spare time which is where she developed an appreciation for sanitizing solutions.

Lisa Ference

co-owner

Lisa, a wife and mother of two has spent 25 years supporting her family and community first in her hometown near Philadelphia and for the last 11 years in St Johns, Florida. She knows the importance of living in a sanitized environment for ultimate health and safety.
Lisa and Pauline, hailing from two different shores, are committed to providing comprehensive sanitizing services for residential and commercial locations in Florida such as daycares, senior care facilities, gyms, apartment complexes, salons, hotels, schools, restaurants and more.
